1. What did you do in 2006 that you had never done before?

i went to hawaii... it was fun.

2.Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?

i *think* i kept my resolutions last year... at least, i had them in mind the whole year long... and yes, i did make more for this year... i'm a firm believer in clean slates

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

Yes, allie and james just had a baby girl on dec. 5th

4. Did anyone close to you die?

Daryan's grandpa died.

5. What countries did you visit?

The USA ... that's it!

6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?

a routine.

7. What dates will remain etched in your memory and why?

october 7th... our wedding day!

8. What's your biggest achievement of the year?

i felt most proud when i got offered my new job at laurier...

9. What was your biggest failure?

wow! these are heavy questions... um, i'm not sure actually... i guess that's a good thing if i can't think of a failure, eh?

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?

i had a knee surgery way back at the beginning of 2006... but the injury happened in previous years.

11.What was the best thing you bought?

our new home... we heart it.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?

everyone's! these are odd questions.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and disgusted?

again, wow. odd.

14. Where did most of your money go?

probably on airplane flights... combined, daryan and i have been on like 20 flights.

15. What did you get really really excited about?

finding out that allie was pregnant!

um, many songs... all the songs from our wedding soundtrack!

20. How did you be spend New Year's Eve?

tamsin and michael had a fabulous party out in vancouver... so we were visiting our old home and our vancouver friends - very fun! and the "dance party trivia game" was perhaps one of the biggest highlights ;)

21. Did you fall in love in 2006?

Yes... with daryan!

22. What was your favorite TV program?

hm. tough one. still sex in the city, i think... i got the 5th season for xmas... one more season to go!

23. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?

i hope not

let's say "the good earth" by pearl buck.

let's say april march

too many things.

to live at the same time in waterloo and vancouver... that defies some kind of gravity law or something...

clearly i have some memory issues... all i can think of is the last movies i saw

we went to toronto... i was 27.

a routine

i've run the gammet... nerdy teacher look, casual br look, thrift shop finds, etc.
