Text is Text

in my travels to main street today, i couldn't prevent myself from wandering into urban source (the craftish store in vancouver that sells remnants of anything imaginable for creative and crafting purposes). and, of course, while browsing around urban source, i couldn't prevent myself from indulging in a rather expensive set of old printing press text. they are made of lead... but i plan to use them as i do rubber stamps for card making purposes. it took me 1/2 and hour to test them and choose an eclectic and yet united set of alphabet letters including an 'and' sign as well as a 'money' symbol. i also purchased some fabric remnants, pink tutu crinoline, gift tags, and ribbon. since april is officially use-what-you-have-month, i figured i should stock up on some crafting supplies before the first hits.
