We've sprung ahead, and now spring's dead ahead. I was inspired (by our *beautiful* day here) to take some spring-ly photos of our yard/neighbourhood. No mountain shots turned out :(

Top left: a cherry blossom tree around the corner from our place - in full bloom.
Top right: our potted japanese maple tree is sprouting its delicate red leaves.
Middle left: a closeup of a lone yellow flower in one of our flower boxes.
Middle right: a flowering tree in our side yard.
Bottom left: our back neighbour's petite garden.
Bottom right: some purple-flowered ground cover in our front beds.

Wow! It sure is pretty out West! Beats our concrete garden anyday. All the pictures you post really make me think about moving.
