well, hello there. i haven't been updating here in a while; the confusion of packing up and moving has been my main course. how 'bout i tell you a bit about that? well, we are officially move out of our house by june. 14th and then we fly to ontario around the 21st or 22nd (we haven't firmed up our flight plans yet).
needless to say, daryan and i are both excited and sad. sad to see this beautiful and fun city go; sad to say goodbye to all our great friends here (sniffle). but, at the same token we are incredibly excited to move to waterloo into a nice and new (to us) beautiful home; and i'm excited to see all my friends there. also, we're quite excited to start new career paths (well... of course, d's career path is more firmed up than mine!) such is the experience of moving across the country to a new city: it's a double-edged sword (apologies for the cliche;)
we are trying to keep in mind that we will get to visit vancouver fairly often - i'm thankful for that.

Jill, I'm excited that I'll get to see you and Daryan more often - and you won't be too far from Toronto too! Can't wait to see your new house! Good luck with the move.
