i just love it when i score a sweet find at a thrift shop for nearly zero dollars. last week it was an old-ish looking denby mug that i scored for 25 cents. yesterday it was the genuine nigella lawson salt pig for 99 cents! what a steal! not that i have any real *need* for a salt pig. but i'm sure now that i have one i'll never know what i did without one. plus, it makes me look like a fancy cook to have one strategically placed on my counter top.
